About the Role
Sycomp is looking for an experienced Billing & Compliance Manager to take ownership of our India billing operations and statutory billing compliance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of billing in India and can bring structure, governance and strong controls to a growing operation. You will oversee billing accuracy and timeliness, ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements, develop and train the India billing team, and help align local processes with Sycomp's global Order-to-Cash and billing operations.
You'll work closely with Revenue Operations, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Logistics and Sales Operations, acting as a key in-country expert for India billing.

What You'll Do
Own India Billing & Compliance
• Oversee the accuracy, timeliness and statutory compliance of customer invoicing for Sycomp's India entity.
• Ensure tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes meet applicable GST requirements.
• Ensure correct treatment of GSTIN, place of supply, HSN/SAC classifications and CGST/SGST/IGST.
• Oversee e-invoicing, including IRP registration, IRN and QR-code requirements.
