Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective students and guardians via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable online programs and universities.



Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up to convert prospects into enrollments. The role involves collaborating closely with counseling and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through admission, while consistently focusing on customer satisfaction and ethical guidance. The Inside Sales Specialist will also track daily metrics, meet individual and team targets, and provide feedback on student preferences and market trends.
