1% Abroad helps students get into top universities overseas. We're hiring an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month contract (extendable) to build our team and the culture that keeps it.

What you'll do
• Own end-to-end hiring for counsellor, sales and operations roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build hiring pipelines and plan headcount with team leads
• Run performance review cycles and help managers give feedback and set goals
• Drive engagement and retention: team rituals, recognition, exit insights
• Shape a culture that's rapid, student-first and accountable

What we're looking for
• 5–8 years in HR, with strong hands-on recruitment experience
• Startup, education or consulting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and sound people judgment
• Comfortable working hybrid from Kozhikode and owning outcomes independently
