Role Description The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client servicing and operational support for wealth management and mutual fund distribution activities. This full-time, in office role, based in Bengaluru, involves coordinating account setup, transaction processing, documentation, and KYC compliance while ensuring accurate, timely handling of client requests. The Service Manager will respond to client queries, provide portfolio-related information, and liaise with product partners, registrars, and internal teams to resolve service issues.



The role includes maintaining service quality standards, monitoring workflow and turnaround times, updating client records and dashboards, and supporting periodic reviews and reporting. The Service Manager will also identify opportunities to improve service processes, support relationship managers, and contribute to a client-centric, compliant, and efficient operations environment.
Qualifications
• 6–7 years of experience in Asset Management Company (AMC) operations, mutual fund servicing, client relationship management, or related functions.
• 2 years of banking experience, with an understanding of banking operations, financial products, customer service, and regulatory procedures.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, wealth management services, transaction processing, client documentation, and KYC compliance.
• Proven ability to manage client queries, coordinate with distributors, registrars
