We are building a robust digital-first presence through innovative marketing strategies, impactful storytelling, and data-driven growth campaigns.
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager who can scale Meta advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation
• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and performance optimization
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for growth




• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, hooks, and landing pages
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign planning and execution
• Track daily ad spends, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
• Prior experience in D2C / ecommerce / beauty-wellness brands preferred
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel optimization
• Experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns with proven ROAS growth
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
• Understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a rapid-paced workplace
