The Role
We're looking for an HR Executive who is equal parts organized and people-first. You'll work directly with the Sr. HR Manager and own the operational backbone of HR at Gajab recruitment coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, employee engagement, office administration, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on role in a lean HR team. Real ownership, real visibility, and a steep learning curve. If you want to understand how HR works end-to-end at a fast-moving startup from chasing candidates on WhatsApp to planning Friday game sessions this is it.
What You'll Do
Candidate Communication & Recruitment Ops
• Own daily multi-channel candidate communication calls, WhatsApp messages,
and emails for all open profiles
• Maintain and update a structured candidate tracker sheet across all stages applied, screened, interviewed, offered, and joined
• Track all rolled-out offers follow up with candidates on acceptance, joining confirmation, and document submission
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and send timely reminders to candidates
• Source candidates actively via Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platform
On boarding & Off boarding
• Own smooth onboarding for all new hires documentation, system access, induction scheduling, and buddy assignment
• Share offer letters, appointment letters, and employment agreements
• Track probation periods and ensure confirmation letters are issued on time
• Manage exit formalities clearance checklists, relieving letters, full and final settlements, and exit interviews
