Role Descriptions: Oracle Sales Cloud Developer
• Must have 2-3 Sales/Engagement Cloud project implementation experience.
• Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
• Must have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions. to standard objects.
• Should have knowledge about Redwood UI functionality & customizations.
• Proficiency GROOVY Scripting is must.
• Should have knowledge on Workflows, Reporting, Data Migration, Roles, Security Management, etc.
• Solid Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Hands-on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) – Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
• Should be able to Gather requirements,
perform Fit-Gap Analysis & demonstrate the solutions. Good to have customer facing experience.
• Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting
• and resolution of critical production calls.
• Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ, CDM, ICM, OIC is an advantage.
Must-Have
• Experience on Oracle CX SFA modules and Initial Setups
• Hand-on experience of customization through application composer and Redwood UI
• Proficiency in Groovy Scripts
• Knowledge on Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Good-to-Have
• Certification on Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of Oracle CX advance modules
• Knowledge of other Oracle CX
