About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst – Presales & Product Ownership who combines strong business analysis skills with product thinking and commercial awareness.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Technology teams to understand customer requirements, identify the right opportunities, and translate them into clearly defined software product scopes.
You should be comfortable working with ambiguous requirements, challenging assumptions, prioritizing essential features, and making practical decisions under tight timelines. The goal is to define a compelling, feasible product scope that meets customer needs and can be delivered successfully.
When presales requirements are lighter,



you will also take on Product Owner responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring that development stays aligned with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresales & Product Scoping
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer challenges, business goals, budgets, and expectations.
• Lead functional discovery discussions, ask relevant questions, challenge assumptions, and recommend practical alternatives.
• Translate business opportunities into structured product scopes covering features, modules, workflows, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Identify minimum viable scopes that deliver customer value without unnecessary complexity or overengineering.
• Evaluate functional feasibility, dependencies, assumptions, exclusions, and potential scope risks.
• Prepare actionable product breakdowns within two working days for typical customer opportunities.
