WE’RE HIRING | SAMPLING COORDINATOR & FASHION DESIGNER
Ellwinkz is looking for a skilled and hands-on Sampling Coordinator / Fashion Designer to join our team at our Dombivli factory, Mumbai.
? Location: Dombivli, Mumbai
? Head Office: Powai, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop garments/products from scratch based on design concepts
• Work closely with karigars and production teams during sample development
• Coordinate with the pattern master for pattern development and corrections
• Oversee fittings, measurements, construction and finishing
• Identify and resolve sampling/production issues
• Coordinate materials, trims, techniques and construction details
• Ensure the final sample accurately translates the design vision
• Manage the end-to-end sampling process from concept to final approved sample
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has solid knowledge of garment construction and sampling
• Can independently manage the sampling process
• Is comfortable working directly with factory teams and karigars
• Understands patterns, fittings and garment development
• Has a strong eye for detail, finishing and execution
• Can communicate effectively between the design and production teams
• Is proactive, organised and hands-on
Experience: Prior experience in fashion sampling, product development or garment production is preferred.
