POSITION SUMMARY
The Website, SEO & CRO Executive will be responsible for managing the company's website, improving organic search visibility, optimising website performance and increasing website enquiry and booking conversions.

The role will focus on website backend management, technical and on-page SEO, content optimisation, landing-page development coordination and continuous improvement of the customer journey across Area 83, Aura and other business offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website & Backend Management
• Manage website content, package pages, pricing information, banners, offers and landing pages.
• ⁠Coordinate with developers for website updates, technical fixes, integrations and current feature requirements.
• ⁠Monitor website functionality, loading speed, mobile responsiveness and user experience.




• ⁠Ensure enquiry forms, booking flows, contact details and lead-capture mechanisms work correctly.
• Identify and resolve website issues affecting customer experience and lead generation.

2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Conduct keyword research and develop organic search strategies.
• ⁠Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and content optimisation.
• ⁠Monitor technical SEO, indexing, crawling, broken links, redirects and website health.
• ⁠Manage Google Search Console and monitor organic search performance.
• ⁠Optimise local SEO, Google Business Profile and location-based search visibility.
• ⁠Coordinate SEO content, blogs, service pages and location-specific landing pages.
• ⁠Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and competitor search visibility.
