Requirements:
• Degree/Masters in Hotel Management
• 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience
• Solid communication and mentoring skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Teaching and conducting practical sessions in Bakery
* Counselling and mentoring students
* Supporting training and placement activities
* Teaching additional subjects beyond core specialization
* Participating in departmental and university promotional activities
* Handling examinations, paper setting, and evaluations
* Attending staff meetings and contributing to general administration
* Writing and publishing research proposals, papers, and journals
* Attending and speaking at conferences and seminars
