Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore, responsible for driving new business and supporting existing clients for SuiteMatrix’s ERP and e-commerce solutions. In this role, the Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, present product demonstrations, and develop proposals aligned with client requirements. The individual will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay current on NetSuite and e-commerce offerings.
