Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process in-room dining orders through telephone professionally and accurately.

Clearly communicate menu items, ingredients, preparation time, and special offers to guests.

Record guest orders accurately and coordinate with the Kitchen and IRD team for timely delivery.

Ensure correct guest room number, order details, special requests, and billing instructions.

Follow up on order preparation and ensure timely delivery to the guest room.

Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints professionally.

Maintain proper records of IRD orders and ensure accurate billing/POS entries.

Promote menu items and appropriate upselling opportunities.

Maintain excellent telephone etiquette, grooming,



and communication standards.

Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and guest service standards.

Job Expectations

Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.

Valuable knowledge of food and beverage menus.

Pleasant personality with strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Minimum Job Experience

1–3 years of experience in IRD, F&B; Service, Order Taking
