Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time,



on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, guiding users through product setup and usage, and resolving technical or account-related issues in a timely manner. The representative will document cases, escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting common problems, educating customers on Primebook features and best practices, and collaborating with product and operations teams to relay feedback and improve the overall user experience. The role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse user base.+
