We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
You'll be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple client accounts, analysing performance, optimising budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and website sales.

We're looking for someone with robust platform knowledge, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that deliver results for our clients.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns aligned with client objectives across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously optimise targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, placements, and budgets to improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively across campaigns while working towards defined performance targets.
- Audience & Targeting:



Conduct audience research, identify relevant targeting opportunities, and implement remarketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, identify performance trends, and translate data into actionable optimisation strategies.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking to measure leads, website sales, and other campaign outcomes.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
