Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with government bodies, infrastructure companies,



and other key stakeholders in the road safety and construction sectors. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, gather market intelligence, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic expansion. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in industry events, and accurate reporting of sales performance and market trends.
