Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager / Assistant Manager – Distribution Business to lead and develop the Pan-India distribution network, drive sales growth, manage channel partners, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Pan-India distributor/dealer network.
• Develop new distributors, dealers and channel partners across India.
• Achieve sales targets and improve distribution, market coverage and revenue.
• Prepare and execute regional/territory-wise sales and distribution plans.
• Manage distributor relationships, stock levels, secondary sales and collections.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Monitor distributor performance and take corrective actions where required.




• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct regular market visits, distributor meetings and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement channel schemes, promotions and incentive programs.
• Prepare MIS, sales forecasts, market reports and performance reviews for management.
• Lead and guide the distribution/sales team across different regions.

Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in distribution/channel sales, preferably in industrial products, bearings, engineering or manufacturing.
• Robust experience in dealer/distributor network development and Pan-India market handling.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business-development orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to independently lead teams and deliver
