The Opportunity

This is an entrepreneurial sprint inside an already-successful ecosystem — the chance to own and build a ₹100Cr+ agency business as if it were your own, backed by Faym's scale, brand relationships, and momentum.
You'll sit at the helm of a significant part of Faym's business, with full ownership across the revenue lifecycle — new client acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and retention — leading a team of senior operators and answering directly for the business outcomes.

What You'll Own




• Full P&L; accountability for the portfolio — revenue, profitability, and cost discipline, end to end.
• The new-business engine: building a strong pipeline and leading pitches and RFPs to win net-recent, marquee clients.
• Growth within the existing book — identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand wallet share and scope.
• Retention and renewals — deep, senior-level relationships that keep marquee clients for years, not quarters.
• CXO-level client relationships — strategic account planning, QBRs, and representing Faym in the room that matters.
• A team of senior leaders — hiring, mentoring, and building the next layer of leadership, including succession planning.
• Cross-functional delivery — partnering with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure quality execution and resolve escalations.
