Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Absolute

Absolute is an AI-native Chartered Accountancy firm helping businesses and startups manage accounting, tax, compliance, reporting, and fundraising readiness through a monthly subscription model.

Role
We are looking for a proactive sales professional to bring new clients to Absolute. You will manage the sales process from identifying prospects and arranging meetings to closing subscriptions and coordinating client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and growing businesses that need accounting, tax, and compliance support.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking, referrals, and business communities.
• Speak with founders and decision-makers to understand their requirements and explain Absolute’s services and subscription plans.
• Arrange discovery meetings with our CA team and prepare proposals based on the agreed scope.
• Follow up consistently, address commercial questions, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Coordinate subscription confirmation,



initial payment, and handover to the account manager.
• Build referral relationships with company formation consultants, incubators, coworking spaces, and other business partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share weekly updates on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
• Meet agreed monthly targets for new clients and recurring revenue.
• Coordinate with the CA team to ensure service commitments and timelines are accurate.

Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in accounting, qualified services, SaaS, banking, or business consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and manage the full sales cycle.
• Basic understanding of business accounting, GST, income tax, and compliance; a CA qualification is not required.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms.
