Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or technology sales.
• B2B/SMB sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, needs assessment, objection handling, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience with CRM/sales platforms and productivity tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations over phone and chat.
• Experience in commercial hardware, endpoint devices, or workplace technology preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Surface, Office, Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Xbox is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.





Role 2: Consumer Presales Advocate
• Location: Hyderabad
• Openings: 10
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (maximum ₹50,000)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: Work from the client office
• Client Interview: No

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales support.
• Experience in consumer technology, electronics, retail technology, or digital commerce preferred.
• Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions over phone and digital chat.
• Good consultative selling, probing, objection handling, upselling, and closing skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM/sales tools and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of consumer electronics, software, and competing products.
• Typing speed of 55 WPM preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Surface, Office, Xbox, Window
