About the role:
We are looking for a YouTube Ads Specialist to drive measurable growth across our D2C beauty brands. If you are analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns - we'd love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Create ad copies, test campaigns, and optimize budgets.
• Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• 6 months – 2 years of experience in YouTube Ads
• Basic understanding of YouTube Ads, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads metrics and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
