Role Description The Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end medical billing processes, including data entry of patient demographics, eligibility verification, prior authorization checks, and claims submission activities. The Process Associate will help track and follow up on pending claims, assist in denial management, and coordinate with accounts receivable teams to ensure timely collections and accurate payment posting. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, adhering to standardized workflows, and following company guidelines for quality, compliance, and information security.
