The role

This role is focused entirely on project sales across West and Central India.
You will own the project pipeline from first contact to collected payment. That means getting our brands specified with architects and designers, winning orders from contractors and developers, and working with our execution team to deliver. You will report directly to a Director.

What you'll do

Get specified

• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, specialist consultants and contractors so our brands are specified early and stay specified through to the order.
• Run product presentations, CPD sessions and sample showings with design firms.

Win orders
• Find and qualify project leads across commercial offices, hospitality, healthcare, education and retail.
• Work with our estimation team on quotations and tender responses, and lead pricing negotiations with contractors, developers and end clients.
• Coordinate with brand principals on technical support, pricing approvals and samples.

Deliver and collect
• Hand won orders to our execution and accounts teams with transparent scope, timelines and payment terms.
• Stay involved until delivery and installation are complete, and follow up on payments until they are collected.

Plan and report
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads, quotes and orders,
