Who We’re Looking For
We hire for four traits above all else. The rest is downstream of these.
Clarity in communication: You can take a complex problem and explain it to engineering, sales, and senior stakeholders in a way that each of them can act on. Your documentation is brief, accurate, and clear.
Confident and coachable: You’re comfortable saying “I don’t know” and “I was wrong.” You stand your ground when you have evidence and update your view when the evidence suggests otherwise.
Applied thinking: You analyze user problems thoroughly before jumping to solutions.
