Minus 30 is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for our Ice Cream Factory in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Build solid vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve procurement processes.




• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Solid expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or the ice cream industry will be an advantage.
