Key Responsibilities1. Technology Leadership & Strategy• Define Sapiogen AI's technology vision, engineering strategy, architecture standards,



and technical roadmap.
• Select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure based on business requirements.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, security, scalability, testing, and maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery speed.
• Collaborate with the Founder & CEO and commercial leadership to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
• Develop reusable frameworks, engineering accelerators, and repeatable delivery processes.

2. Solution Architecture & Technical Consulting• Lead technical discovery sessions, client workshops, and architecture discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient software systems.
• Architect APIs, microservice
