ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B) to develop new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The role involves B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, relationship management, and on-field/off-field customer engagement with corporate, institutional, and government-sector clients.

Role Description

* Identify and research potential B2B clients across schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, and other organizations within the education sector.

* Generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, referrals, databases, online platforms, and other relevant sources.

* Conduct regular outbound calls and cold calling to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products and services.





* Understand client requirements, identify business opportunities, and effectively communicate suitable solutions from the company.

* Connect with key decision-makers and build strong professional relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

* Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.

* Attend client meetings, understand their requirements, present company solutions, and move prospects through the sales process.

* Follow up consistently with leads and prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and other professional communication channels.

* Handle the complete business development cycle from lead identification and initial approach to negotiation, conversion, and client onboarding.

* Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure timely follow-ups for business conversion.
