About the CompanyAvyahcorp Pvt Ltd is a snacking company focused on creating tasty, high-quality products for today's consumers. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented NPD Executive to help us develop the next generation of snacks.
Role SummaryThe NPD Executive will support the full product development lifecycle, from idea and market research to bench-top trials, plant scale-up and commercial launch. You will work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Production and Regulatory teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesConcept and research
• Track snacking trends, competitor launches and consumer preferences (flavours, health positioning, formats).
• Support ideation and concept development with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Prepare product briefs and development timelines.

Product development




• Develop recipes and formulations on a lab or bench scale (e.g. extruded snacks, baked & roasted snacks, bars).
• Conduct trials, record observations and optimize taste, texture, shelf life and cost.
• Run sensory evaluations and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and formulation records.

Scale-up and commercialisation
• Coordinate plant trials and support production teams in scaling up from pilot to commercial batches.
• Troubleshoot issues in processing, packaging and product consistency.
• Work with Procurement to identify and evaluate new ingredients and vendors.
• Support packaging trials with the packaging team.

Quality, compliance and costing
• Ensure products meet FSSAI regulations, labelling requirements and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate shelf-life studies and nutritional analysis.
• Prepare costing sheets and help meet target margins.
• Maintain product specifications and SOPs.
