Responsibilities:
• AI and Skills Development : Own the market research capabilities of Sagan Agents, from tracking studies to synthetic personas. Work with the current Product Owners to translate ZoomRx's methodologies into reusable AI skills, and identify other consulting workflows the platform can support.
• Hands-On Building : Prototype recent capabilities with AI to test how they should work before handing them to tech for implementation.
Ship skills directly into the Sagan Agents platform, and work with the tech team to integrate and maintain your part of the product.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Work with the current Product Owners to capture research expertise and resolve questions about how the product should behave. Partner with tech on implementation and with consulting leadership on priorities.
• Product Strategy : Set the direction and roadmap for your area, deciding what gets built next based on client needs, consulting priorities, and how the agents perform.
• Quality and Evaluation : Turn the quality standards for each project type into evaluations that can be run consistently. Build representative test cases and scoring criteria with subject matter experts, and use the results to catch regressions and decide whether changes make the agents better.
