Operating across India and Bahrain, the agency supports clients with naming, branding, business profiles, and brand collateral development.

Role Description The Head Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. This role leads the design team in developing visual concepts and creative direction for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and multimedia content. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end design projects, reviewing and refining design work, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborating closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams.

The Head Designer will manage workloads and timelines, guide junior designers, present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, and translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions. The role also involves staying current with design trends, tools,



and best practices to continually elevate Hybridig’s creative output.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in visual and graphic design, including branding, layout, and typography, with a robust portfolio of digital and print work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI Tools or similar) and familiarity with designing for print, OOH, web, social media, and video content.
• Demonstrated experience leading design teams, mentoring designers, and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced agency or similar environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and development teams, and to present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and marketing goals into compelling visual solutions.
