Role Description The Mixologist will be responsible for designing, preparing, and serving a variety of beverages that complement the restaurant’s Mediterranean menu. Day-to-day tasks include crafting signature cocktails, recommending drink pairings, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring the bar area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards. The role involves interacting with guests, taking and fulfilling drink orders, handling payments related to beverages,



and collaborating with the culinary and service teams to support overall guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including bar setup, drink preparation, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members on bar procedures and beverage preparation.
• Culinary Skills or basic understanding of flavor profiles to create balanced cocktails and pairings.
• Prior experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar-focused role in hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and handling multiple orders.
• Professional certification
