We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, analyze, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI and conversions.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track key metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• Agency or multi-brand experience will be an added advantage.
