Role Description The Appointment Generation Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective business customers and setting qualified appointments for client sales teams. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes researching target accounts, making outbound calls, sending professional emails, and following up with leads to confirm interest and availability for meetings. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM or lead management tools,



meet daily and weekly outreach targets, and collaborate with team members to refine scripts and approaches. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring consistent presence at the office and adherence to defined schedules and performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Solid communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English and the capacity to hold professional conversations with global B2B decision-makers.
