Roles & Responsibilities :
• Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company.
• Procuring new B2B through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
marketing department.
• Connecting through cold calling with prospective clients for B2B leads generation.
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through creative marketing
strategies and reaching out to target clients.




• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and
providing relevant solutions and services.
• Communicate the company’s services effectively and professionally to prospects.
• Perform follow-ups with clients to determine their requirement or any further
concerns they may have.
• Updating and maintaining a customer database.
• Building business relationships with current and existing customers.
• End to End project pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit,
converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight.
• Provide after-sale support.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.
