We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer to drive product sales and profitable growth, primarily targeting the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize e-commerce sales campaigns targeting customers in Qatar.
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and, where required, TikTok and Snapchat Ads for the Qatar market.
• Regularly analyze the JAZP.com website and product catalogue to identify and select high-potential products for the Qatar market.
• Select products based on demand, pricing, availability, competition, margins, and profitability.




• Develop product-specific marketing strategies and scale successful products and campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, ROI, revenue, advertising cost, profit, margin, and contribution.
• Identify winning products, audiences, creatives, and campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability.
• Conduct A/B testing of products, creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and control unnecessary marketing expenditure.
• Analyze backend marketing and sales data and take data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Communicate directly with sellers regarding product pricing, seller contribution, promotions, and negotiations to improve campaign profitability.
• Coordinate with the creative, e-commerce, sales, inventory, and seller teams to improve product performance.
• Monitor and maintain accurate Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Google T
