Role: WMS QA Engineer – Active OmniCareer
Level: SAL1
Experience: 4–8 years
Location: Pan India
Work Mode: 4 days Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual and automation testing for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Test Active Omni functionalities, including order management, inventory, fulfillment, and returns.
• Validate end-to-end order flows across warehouse and omnichannel systems.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
• Identify, report, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates and communicate testing issues effectively.

Required Skills




• Robust experience in WMS testing and Active Omni.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and test execution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle testing activities end to end.

Hiring Criteria

• Candidates must have 4–8 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
• 1st interview: Virtual.
• 2nd interview: In person.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office 4 days per week.
