About the Role:
The Associate, Tournament Operations will be responsible for supporting with planning, coordinating, and executing sports events, tournaments, and training programs. This role involves managing and coordinating end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth on-ground execution, and delivering an exceptional experience to athletes, coaches, and stakeholders. The candidate must have a passion for sports, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –
Event & Tournament Management:
• Plan,
coordinate, and execute sports tournaments, matches, and events.
• Liaise with venues, o?icials, referees, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage pre-event, event-day, and post-event activities.
• Ensure compliance with event rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with coaches, players, sponsors, and partners.
• Address queries from participants and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with sporting bodies and associations.
Logistics & Operations:
• Oversee venue preparation, equipment setup, and branding requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of match schedules, fixtures, and results.
• Manage inventory and procurement of sports equipment and materials.
Technology & Data Management:
• Utilize event management and sports analytics tools for match stats and reporting.
