About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of email marketing and, most importantly, the ability to write engaging, creative, and conversion-focused email content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns. Write creative, engaging, and grammatically correct email content for different campaigns and audiences.
• Create compelling subject lines, email copies, CTAs, promotional content, and follow-up emails.
• Develop email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand tone.
• Manage and maintain email lists and audience segments.
• Schedule and coordinate email campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
• Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and email formats.
• Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for email creatives and campaign execution.
• Ensure emails are properly formatted, error-free, and optimized for different devices.
Required Skills:
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Email Marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent written English and grammar.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with different email content and formats.
