Role Description The Quality Controller (Travel Industry only) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves monitoring and evaluating travel bookings, itineraries, and service delivery to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing transactions and documentation for accuracy, identifying process gaps, and recommending corrective actions. The Quality Controller will conduct regular audits of operations, provide structured feedback to teams,



and support training initiatives to improve quality performance. The role also includes preparing quality reports, tracking key performance indicators, and collaborating with operations and management to enhance customer experience and minimize errors.
