We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager professional to join our team. As the (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence in the furniture industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue targets are met while aligning with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments (corporate
offices, retail outlets, dealers, architects, interior designers, institutions, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.

2. Market Research & Strategy
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the furniture industry.
• Provide inputs on product design, pricing strategies, and positioning to stay competitive.




• Explore opportunities for expansion into current geographies or product lines.

3. Client Relationship Management
• Build strong professional networks with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate decisionmakers.
• Provide customized furniture solutions based on client needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

4. Team Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, production, and design teams to deliver on client requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Support in developing marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.

5. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
• Monitor key metrics (sales conversion, new client acquisition, retention, etc.).
