Role Description The Functional Medicine Practitioner will provide remote, full-time, client-centered care using evidence-informed functional medicine approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth virtual consultations, reviewing functional lab results, and developing individualized protocols that may include nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.



The practitioner will educate clients about their conditions and root-cause findings, guide them through behavior change, and monitor progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to care plans. Collaboration with health coaches and other wellness professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and staying current with functional medicine research and best practices are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
