Role Description The Principal Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software and platform solutions across HSC’s AI-first and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves architecting scalable systems, reviewing and guiding technical designs, performing hands-on coding for critical components, and ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and reliability. The Principal Engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and to drive end-to-end execution.
