With a growing presence in the US and other international markets, we combine the power of traditional yoga with technology to help people build healthier, more sustainable habits.

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can help us scale customer acquisition, optimise advertising performance, and drive measurable business growth, particularly in the US market.

What you’ll do

* Own paid acquisition: Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
* Drive growth: Improve customer acquisition, lead generation, conversions, and ROAS across campaigns.
* Analyse performance: Track key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
* Experiment relentlessly: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy, and campaign structures.
* Understand the US market:



Develop campaigns that resonate with US audiences, understand customer behaviour, and identify opportunities to scale.
* Collaborate on creatives: Work with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and campaign concepts.
* Optimise the funnel: Identify drop-offs across the customer journey and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
* Report and iterate: Build performance reports, derive actionable insights, and translate data into better campaign decisions.

What we’re looking for

* 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience managing campaigns targeting the US market, preferably in D2C, consumer subscriptions, wellness, fitness, or other consumer internet businesses.
* Solid analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
