Consultant Profile & Qualifications
• Track Record:
Proven history of closing Pre-Series A / Series A fundraising rounds for high-growth tech startups (consumer tech, D2C, or hyperlocal preferred).
• Investor Network: Direct, warm relationships with Micro-VCs, Institutional VC Funds, Family Offices, Syndicates, and UHNIs/HNIs across India and regional startup hubs.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Mastery in constructing institutional-grade financial models, cap table scenarios, valuation benchmarks, and data room structures.
• Deal Structuring: Expertise in equity, CCPS, convertible notes, and debt/equity hybrids.
• Engagement Approach: Proactive, hands-on partner who actively drives investor pitches, negotiation cycles, and term sheet execution.
