About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of Maathra One ERP across Kerala.
The ideal candidate understands B2B software sales, enjoys meeting business owners and decision-makers, and can identify opportunities where ERP can solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new ERP sales opportunities across Kerala.
• Prospect manufacturing, trading, distribution, and import/export businesses.




• Engage with business owners, CFOs, finance managers, and operations heads.
• Understand customer business processes, operational challenges, and software requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate ERP product demonstrations with the presales team.
• Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, negotiate commercials, and close opportunities.
• Build relationships with chartered accountants, business consultants, and IT service providers for referrals.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and activity records in the company's CRM.
• Achieve assigned pipeline development and sales revenue targets.
• Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

Required Qualifications• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably ERP, accounting software, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
• Experience in field sales, customer acquisition, and deal closure.
• Valuable understanding of business functions
