Manage PSP site security operations in harmony with business objectives and Security Strategy Roadmap at Chitravati Andhra Pradesh. Protect enterprise-wide infrastructure to ensure business continuity, creating a safe workplace for all employees and stakeholders and ensuring enhanced security and personal safety of “designated protectees. Address fraud & misconduct through a well‐established framework to prevent, detect, respond, and refine strategies and methodologies. Identify potential threats and calibration of risks from detailed security risk assessments to eliminate, reduce or mitigate risks. Responsible for ensuring security and protection of tangible and intangible assets, at the site. Responsible for managing security related automation and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Site Security Strategy
• Align site security plans with group security policies, drive strategic security initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across all security functions.

Intelligence & Threat Mitigation
• Conduct security risk assessments, gather and analyze intelligence, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive mitigation measures against security threats.

Crisis Management & Business Continuity
• Lead emergency response, crisis management, incident escalation, and business continuity planning, ensuring site preparedness through QRT readiness and response drills.

Security Operations & Asset Protection
• Oversee end-to-end security operations including control room management, surveillance, patrolling, access control, traffic management, and protection of people, assets, and infrastructure.

Governance, Compliance & Investigations
• Drive security governance, audits, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and closure of audit findings while ensuring adherence to SOPs, SOGs, and regulatory requirements.
