About this Role





We are seeking a Customer Success Partner to support Global Account Managers in developing deeper engagement with selected Global System Integrator accounts across India and the Middle East.

Based at VOIS in India, you will help customers understand the Vodafone Business International global product portfolio, lead technical and solution engagement during the sales stage, support end-to-end sales governance and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with customer influencers and decision-makers while building effective internal networks to support prospect progression and customer outcomes.

The role requires 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of sales and pre-sales experience within telecommunications or IT networking. It may also require occasional travel within India for in-person customer engagement.
