As specialist/ senior specialist – Unlocking Potential (Asia Pacific) – you will work closely with the Asia Pacific UP Senior Manager to shape and operationalize the Asia Pacific UP strategy across

3.) Mental health & wellbeing, and Flex@BCG.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting execution of AP strategy: Partnering with the AP UP Senior Manager to ensure delivery against agreed priorities - including monitoring progress against priorities at AP and system level (e.g., participation in Leader Action Workshop, roll out of “relaunch” initiatives across systems etc.)

• Data analytics & insight generation: Creating & updating AP UP scorecards and dashboards, monitoring global dashboards, analyzing & monitoring key UP metrics across recruitment, promotion, and ret
