About The Role -
As the Billing & Certification Engineer,



you will be responsible for post contract validation and inspection of both vendors & client bills. You will be responsible for validating the quantity measurements and closing of all extra items with rate analysis, along with the financial closure of the projects.

What Makes The Role Successful -
On site :
• You will be responsible for visiting the site post completion and check the vendor bills in detail.
• You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates.
• You will be responsible for generating bill for the client post validation.
• You will be responsible to highlight quality issues found at site and correspondingly penalise the vendor.

Off-site :
• You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to the Finance Team for processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and take approval from the Business head before closing vendor values.
• Obtaining no dues certifications
