Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Corporate Relations Manager to establish and maintain solid relationships with corporate organizations, build strategic partnerships, generate placement opportunities for students, and drive corporate engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Corporate Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry leaders.

• Placement & Recruitment: Identify job openings, coordinate recruitment drives, and generate placement opportunities for students.





• Business Development: Identify potential corporate clients and explore opportunities for corporate training, skill development, and recruitment partnerships.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners and ensure effective communication.

• Campus Recruitment: Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment events, industry interactions, and corporate presentations.

• Market Research: Research industry hiring trends, workforce requirements, and emerging skill demands to identify new opportunities.

• Networking: Represent the organization at corporate meetings, industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.

• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to corporate tie-ups, placement opportunities, and business development.
